Research-driven cultivation of contextualized data for plant biology
On a long run the success of modern, interdisciplinary, hypothesis-driven research increasingly rely on research data management services and infrastructures to facilitate the collection, processing, exchange and archiving of research records. This project aims at providing a framework for data management and processing in compliance with the FAIR data principles of findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable data handling and will contribute to make the most of our research efforts in the field of plant acclimation research.
Overview of the data model, exchange and query strategy. Data are imported and exported using the most user-friendly ways (ISA, CWL) and stored and versioned in an appropriate packing format (RO). This ensures compatibility and interoperability with international standards and other research areas
